A few words from our customers I just wanted to take a minute and say a big THANK YOU. I had been using xxxxx as my digitizer for years and I am not a big company and on average only I do a few logos a year. However, for this particular logo they waited a week to answer my email and that put me behind the 8 ball and they could not get me the logo until Tues. and that was if I paid an extra $30 to expedite it. My customer had a commercial scheduled to be made today Mon. I thought that I was going to loose a very good customer because of this. Then I found you guys on the internet and you saved the day. Not only were your prices much better than xxxxx but you got the file to me with time to spare. I used the file this weekend and it worked like a charm. Again, I would like to say Thank you, I have a new digitizer and will highly recommend you to all my friends that do embroidery.
